Majid Abdulrahman Almadi, MBBS, MSc, FRCPCDr. Almadi obtained an MBBS degree from King Saud University, Riyadh in 2002 and completed his training in internal medicine and gastroenterology from McGill University, Montreal, Canada. He also completed two years of training in therapeutic endoscopy and EUS at McGill and obtained a Masters Degree in Clinical Epidemiology and a Clinical Investigator program from the same university.
Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Medicine in King Saud University and an adjunct professor at McGill University. He is the program director for the therapeutic endoscopy program and the endoscopy unit director at King Saud Medical City and then regional program director for the gastroenterology program in the central region.
Dr. Almadi is the current president of the Saudi Gastroenterology Association.
