ERCP and EUS play many roles for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary diseases. Diagnostic ERCP includes several techniques, such as direct cholangiography, pathological sampling, and direct cholangioscopy. More recently, the clinical utility of probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (pCLE) has been reported especially for the diagnosis of biliary strictures. Further progress has been made in interventional ERCP such as endoscopic sphincterotomy, biliary drainage, and endoscopic papillectomy for ampullary tumors. Balloon enteroscopy-assisted ERCP has been reported as useful in patients with surgically altered anatomy. On the other hand, EUS was initially designed as a tool for better imaging of the pancreas. Currently, it has important diagnostic and therapeutic roles in the field of biliary tract. Herein, we call for many motivative presentation with video on the progress of biliary endoscopy including case reports. In this session, we don’t accept presentation on management of bile duct stones.
