Hello everyone. I am Kazuhiko Koike, the President of the Organization of Japan Digestive Disease Week (JDDW).

JDDW 2025 will be held at the Kobe Convention Center for four days from October 30th to November 2nd. As usual, there will be a 3-day general program and educational lectures on the 4th day. In principle, it will be held in a hybrid format, with on-site presentations, and on-demand listening is also possible.

In addition to presenting the latest research results in gastroenterology, the integrated program will feature themes unique to JDDW that are common to gastroenterology, such as internal medicine and surgery in the genomic era and consortiums and platforms for medical-engineering collaboration.

We hope that many of you will visit Kobe, and that the JDDW conference will be a fulfilling one. We look forward to your participation.
