1. The on-site registration has been abolished. Participants are kindly required to complete their pre-registration online. Please be sure to complete registration procedures before participating in any of the academic programs.

   Please complete your online registration by October 26 (Thu) as much as possible for preparation of your name card.

2. The registration fee is 20,000 yen. Payment can be made only by credit card.

   Payment by credit card can be accepted using the following credit cards:
   American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard or Visa.

   Participants who have completed registration procedures will have free access to the entire venue, including the academic meetings and exhibition hall, etc.

3. To issue your name card (participant ID) at the venue, please bring your QR-code which is available from the registration completion e-mail. The registration desk is located as follows:

4. Please be sure to wear the name card after filling in your name and affiliation. Participants not wearing a name card will be denied entry to the congress venue. Please ensure that you do not lose your name card.

   * Please note that name cards cannot be reissued.

Your registration fee receipt is sent via the e-mail after the congress is over.

The full admission price has been waived for foreign exchange students from abroad in Japan.
Anyone interested in attending the congress should download the application form from this website, fill it out and mail it to the secretariat no later than October 3rd. (You will be sent a voucher for your name card prior to the congress.)
